1801006018 -  she is a regular student where she used to present cases and performed well on the exam day, Blogs are well done and answered good in Viva. Pass. 

1801006138 - Good presentation, but hasn't answered basic questions such as causes of ascites and portal HTN, diagnosis and follow up wasn't done with patient. Blog link unable to open.Fail. 

1801006120 - unable to say causes of pleural effusion. Ubable to say how pleural tap(basic procedures) are done.  8-10 Blogs are done approximately.  Fail

1801006119 - Very good presentation. Confident presentation. Answered clinical questions well. 6 Blogs are done. Performed well. Pass

1801006162 - Ok presentation. Initially she was startled to answer later she answered well. Overall well performed. 9 blogs are done. Pass

1801006163 - well presented. Answered good in Viva and also she is regular student who performs well during rounds and also during postings. Good amount of blogs are done. Pass 

1801006114 - Unable to perform clinical examination such as vibration and fine touch he hasnt brought his kit for examination too and basics on how reflexes are done and causes of absent reflexes. Only 4-5 blogs been done. Overall Fail.

50/Male who is a resident of choutuppal Daily wage labourer by occupation Came with cheif complaints of  Fever since 10 days Facial puffiness and periorbital edema since 4 days  Weakness of right upper limb and lower limb since 4 days Altered sensorium since 2 days History of present illness: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 years back and went to local hospital in/v/o Regular checkup and came to diagnosed with Hypertension since then he was on regulate medication...  And on 18/04/21 He went to local PHC for COVID 19 vaccination..
